Sanitation / Steralization / Safety: Your safety is taken seriously. Having worked in a physicians office, all implements are scrubbed, and properly steralized according to the Department of Health.

Forms: At your first initial visit for your Progressive Skin Therapy™, you will be requested to complete a personal skin care and health questionnaire, with essential information about your skin.

Payment: Payment may be made in cash, personal or business checks, or PayPal, at the time of your appointment. Credit Cards are not accepted at this time for payment. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subjected to a $35 fee.

Clinic Etiquette

Your skin treatment is to assist you in obtaining clear beautiful radiant skin...and soothe your mind as well.

To maintain this environment we ask that when services are being performed for others, please speak softly.

Cell phones

Please turn off cell phones upon arrival to not be interrupted during treatment time. Also, some equipment is sensitive to cell phone signals.

Children. This time is dedicated to you. This office is not appropriate for small children. under the age of eight. Please leave them home, or bring someone to watch them.

Arrival Time: If this is your first visit, you are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to allow for filling out paperwork. If this is not your first visit, please arrive on time.

Treatment Time: If you have an appointment, or work, that you need to be to by a specific time, please let Ruth Ann know upon your arrival, so that she can plan your treatment time accordingly.

Parking: Please park on the asphalt drive, or just before the drive (to the south). Do not park within 15' feet of a mail box.

Cancellation Policy

Life Happens! There are times when appointments need to be changed, and sometimes things are just beyond our control. Please give 24 hours for week-days, and 48 hour notice for Saturdays to avoid charges.

Clinical Skin Therapy

Clinical skin facial treatments are the personally selected for incredible results.

Shaving: Generally, shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. It is, however, recommended that men shave the evening or morning prior to a facial treatment.

Special Health Considerations: If you have health concerns or are pregnant, please be sure to make this known when booking your appointment, or upon arrival. Treatments most suited for you will be discussed.
