What will my therapy be like?

Lymphatic Drainage Massage will feel lighter than Sweedish or Deep Tissue. The treatment uses a gentle pressure and rhythm that is soothing, relaxing, and will lull you into a calm rest state.

Detoxify. Lymphatic massage moves the lyphatic fluid (you have more lymph fluid than blood!) and helps remove toxins stored in the tissues of your body.

Dry Brushing and Herbal Infusion: You'll also receive a full body dry brushing massage, and herbal steam shower before each session, if you choose. Extra time is needed, please request at the time of booking.

She has studied Dr. Vodder and Dr. Wesdorf's training in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and is trained as a Rebounding Councelor. She is licensed in Utah as a Master Esthetician, Massage Therapist, and Licensed Instructor.
